Superfast delivery to New Zealand and great price but was disappointed that a brand new text book had all the corners turned up.

Having paid for a brand new book I’ve obviously been sent a second hand one. The cover is torn, the pages have been turned and it is generally not in ‘new’ condition. Not overly impressed atm, haven’t looked inside to judge the contents but don’t charge me for a new book and then send me second hand - that’s not ok! (And probably breeches trading standards rules/laws…)
