I bought this product as a Christmas gift for my son in December, and by May it completely STOPPED WORKING for no reason at all. The scooter was always used normally, with no abuse, water exposure, or damage. Since the beginning of May, I have been trying to resolve this issue with the seller, but they have only kept me waiting with a so-called “technical department” that has done absolutely nothing to help. The customer service has been terrible and extremely frustrating. They constantly ask for photos and videos, yet make it difficult or impossible to properly send them. I even asked for a simple email address — something any serious company should have — and they refused to provide one. The saddest part is that my 15-year-old son can no longer go out and enjoy riding with his friends because the scooter became unusable after only a few months of normal use. Very disappointed with this purchase. Poor product quality and even worse customer service. I do not recommend buying from this seller.
