Review: Perfect pot for a low country boil - At 50 quarts it’s not huge per se but it’s perfect for 15-20 guests, especially if you have other appetizers and sides. The construction is solid and sturdy. It’s really a perfect complement to a Fourth of July celebration, a summertime birthday or, if you’re so inclined… A wedding. Low country boil was one of the main events for my wife and my wedding. I love this thing and if you order one, I hope you do too!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect pot for a low country boil

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stable cooking pot for big party.
*by B***R on February 15, 2026*

Works great need 30 quarts of liquid for shrimp boil serving 14 people. Sure needed this big pot.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not great for windy locations!
*by J***B on March 20, 2026*

I bought this to boil down maple syrup and use for scalding chickens during processing. So far, I've been a bit underwhelmed that the wind guard isn't great at keeping the flame protected. Where I live it is often windy so I have to find a mostly sheltered site or the flame goes out which wastes a lot of propane. I was pleased though with the quality of the pot, it's a hefty pot!
