Yes, it protects your car from being bumped and scratched by other cars, but the debris and crap that gets stuck in between will damage your car even worse.After only a week of use, I took off the guard, following the instructions that were given and noticed cloudy scuffs were left at the points of contact with the guard AND the strap. This was after having a pretty rainy week. While the directions explain to clean it off every other week or so of use, it didn't matter. My car was already ruined. I'm currently trying to look up some scratch removers to remedy the issue but I'm not sure I would trust using the bumper protector anymore...

Installation made easy with the new replacement cords provided. The hooks are more squared thus allowing them to be closer to the body of the vehicle. This product is a lot tighter wrap around thus offering greater protection better then those other products out there. Customer service was extremely helpful as well. I would recommend this product to anyone, Thank you guys!

Do not buy this... water and debris get stuck in between the bumper and the rubber and damage your bumper. I took the guard off the wash my car and to my dismay, the water sitting there for so long actually discolored my bumper. I called and was able to return the item, but not without a fight. The person I spoke with actually said they've had a lot of similar complaints so they're putting a disclaimer to say to remove the product periodically to avoid permament damage.

Happy with the purchase so far. Just wish I could get the front bumper for a reasonable price. These are very good but also very expensive. I live in the city where cars are constantly bumping your bumper when they attempt to get into a parking spot whether tight or just right for the car.

I did not find this product to be useful for my BMW X3. There wasn't a place to attach or hook onto the side wheel covering. I return the item immediately.

I bought the front and rear Bumperduo for my husband. We live in the city of Boston where parking can be a war at times. Sometimes we see people squeezed into the smallest spaces. The Bumperduo so far seems to ward cars from parking close. Perhaps it shows you care about your car more? Not sure. We bought the size according to the chart and seems to fit. The front bumper seems to slip if the cords are not hooked high enough.Overall, very pleased with the product.
