Good for sleep
The reason I bought this is was for better sleep and it does its job as long as I hit the sack within 30 mins of taking it. When I check my sleep tracker next morning, I can clearly see the difference.

Great magnesium — finally something that actually works I’ve been taking this magnesium every night, and I’m honestly impressed. The capsule is quite large, but soft and very easy to swallow — no discomfort at all. Within the first days I felt my nervous system calm down, my body finally relax in the evening, and my sleep became noticeably deeper and smoother. I wake up feeling rested instead of wired and tense. I’m definitely repurchasing this one. It’s a simple supplement, but it actually works.
