150 Best Desserts in a Jar

I was looking for normal every day recipes I could put in a jarTo sell. Like plain old banana pudding . Too much trouble to repackage and return

Great little book with masses of ideas. Good pictures and inspiration. Only negative there isn’t a pic of every recipe.

I was really looking for some inspiration with desserts presented and traveling in jars. One would think of 150 recipes, some of them would really get a cook excited but I just put this one on the cookbook shelf with a fair degree of disappointment.

Its a good book but too few photos. There are many desserts that Asians like me are not familiar with hence photos is helpful.

I'm really liking this book. great recipes really like that they are written to be made in small transportable jars.

Wasn't that impressed by this as I thought I would be. The recipes used too many ingredients.

I have enjoyed making desserts in mason jars for many years. When my daughter had a birthday party many years ago, I baked banana bread in pint jars to hand out as favors to the guests. This book has lots of creative ideas for what can be made in jars, since it’s such a fun way to serve treats. All of the desserts recipes are really excellent and I’ve enjoyed the ones I’ve made so far. I think I’ve read every single one of the author’s anecdotes from the start of each recipe, I found them to be interesting and informative. I’ve already tried the pineapple and yogurt panna cotta, it was fantastic, it’s actually the first panna cotta recipe I’ve ever made and I had no problems with the consistency, which I’d been a little nervous about. I also loved the peanut butter and chocolate cup, it was really fast to make, the only thing that took any time was melting the dark and milk chocolate. Plus, I think you can never go wrong with chocolate and peanut butter!
