Absolute Perfection
I LOVE THIS BIBLE!! This is the 1st premium bible I have owned. I was looking for a bible that had a quality feel to it, and this bible is absolutely that. The goatskin is soft and comfortable. The bible is floppy enough to be able to hold it open with one hand. It has 3 page markers which make it so much easier for me to keep my place in several spots. The silver edges on the pages add to the beauty of this bible. The pages are soft and thin, but not so thin that they tear easily. A lot of my family members have given me many compliment and everyone who sees it wants to touch it and check it out. This bible is so beautiful and so easy to read it makes me want to read it. I am so happy I bought this bible. It is exactly what I was looking for.

Probably The Best NIV Bible…But Beware!
I bought this Bible a year or so ago and it has been, hands-down, my favorite of all time. It has good weight and is extremely flexible. When you unbox it and hold it for the first time you will know that it’s of significantly higher quality than others you have likely owned. The cover is super-soft goatskin. Unlike anything I have ever felt in my life before buying this Bible. The text size is not too large or too small. The paper is light but thick enough that underlining with a basic ballpoint pens doesn’t show through if you use a light touch when performing the underpinning. The pages also will not have highlighter show through is you use a wax-based highlighter like those from Mr Pen. Don’t use liquid-based highlighters as they will bleed through these pages! (I’ve included a picture set to show the highlighting on the face of a page and how it looks on the back of the same page.)So that’s all the good stuff about this Bible. Unfortunately…one of my kids effectively ruined it.As you can see from the pictures provided there is now a circle unexpectedly embossed into the leather of the front cover. The cover material is going to be way more durable for daily reading over years and years vs a bonded leather because it isn’t going to flake off. Unfortunately, the extra-soft goatskin leather is NOT durable in other ways. In this case, I had left the Bible on the side table next to my chair and one of my three kids decided to put a small plate on it and that plate left a permanent mark.We have identified which plate it was by matching up the circles. It was a small one and that means it couldn’t have been that heavy. Even if s pics of cake was it it or whatever. Yet the mark is there. So it didn’t take much to stamp it in there. This should serve as a warning to everyone who buys this. Round up your family once you receive the book, point it out to them as a group…show them the picture I have posted and tell them that they should NEVER put anything on the top of the Bible or else yours will be similarly ruined. One might ask why anyone would be upset over it. The problem is that I “notice” things like this…and I can’t unnoticed them. And they become constant sources of irritation. Like when you get a car and someone scratches the front fender of it. Every time you walk out the front door your eye goes to it and very quickly the car itself becomes is symbol of consistent, low-grade irritation. I don’t want to start my day off with a low-grade irritation when I go to read my Bible. Now the solution in both situations is the same. Throw money at the problem and solve it. In the case of the car, bring it in and pay to get the scratch repainted. In the case of the Bible…buy another one. Only problem with the later is that I have a dedicated system of underlining and highlighting that I use in my memorization work. So “just buy another one” really means “just buy another one and mark off a full day on your calendar so that you can spend 8 or so hours to re-do all the work invested in the old one”. That’s not as simple as repairing a scratch in the car. Finally, there is also a little cut that appeared since I got it. It’s small but quite noticeable. It looks like what may have happened if a cat-claw got hooked into it. Which may have happened. Oh have cats. This further emphasizes the point that while the cover may be able to last for years of use…it will take damage quickly if not “coddled” in the way it is stored after reading. (I added a picture of the “cat claw nick” too.)The bottom line is that this iteration is likely the best daily reading/memorization Bible money can buy. But the cover is very sensitive. It is not designed to take abuse. This is NOT the Bible you take on the wilderness trip or to the street preaching session where someone may smack it down onto the concrete. You need to take care of it like you would a fine painting. Choose a dedicated “safe space” or two for it in your home where you always place it after reading it that day. Someplace away from children and pets and the general lackadaisical we-don’t-even-care-much-about-our-own-things-so-why-would-we-care-about-the-things-of-others attitude that tends to come along with them. Once you set your mind to taking that basic type of precaution though…and with consistent and persistent use…this likely will be the most favorite Bible you will ever own.

Nice!
This is a really nice Bible. The one draw back I have is these weirdly glued pages in the front and back of Bible. It causes the pages toward the end and front to not lay flat. The Bible is nice and thin and good print size. It has blue silvery lining on pages which is very pretty. Also I thought the goatskin would make the Bible soft and buttery but it’s not. It has a pebbled feel and it’s not really soft at all. Overall satisfied with this Bible.

Incredible quality
Beautiful bible with exceptional quality. I was not expecting the leather covers toBe as supple and…. Floppy… as they are. The book lays flat approx 30 pages in, beginning of Genesis. The three ribbons are incredible; my study consists of some daily Old Testament reading, proverb reading, and New Testament study. The pages are beautiful with little transparency to the one behind it. The blue tinted page endings are another beautiful touch. The Bible is a little larger than I expected, and the font is very big, too. This Bible is not thick, it is just longer and wider than anticipated. Not necessarily one you would want to carry in your hand for an extended period of time like missions or outreach. The NIV is a timeless translation that is perfectly on between dynamic and literal translation. I’m a beginner seminary student, and in my Biblical interpretation course, the professors recommended a more dynamic translation (such as this) for everyday, extended readings, with an additional translation in a literal translation (NASB, NKJV) for a different perspective. The Bible comes in a beautiful, thick black parchment paper. See the photos. Overall, extremely happy!

Easy to read & carry
The feel of this Bible is absolutely luxurious. And opening it to read it is wonderful as well. The margins are nearly nonexistent and the line spacing is minimal but the font is definitely easy to read. This most likely attributes to the fact that the Bible is so thin and portable.Best I’ve been able to find.

Great Bible!!
It took me some time to find this Bible, but it was worth it. I love the size of it and how thin it is.

I want to give it 10 stars!!!!!!!!
This Bible is amazing!!!! The goatskin cover is worth the extra money!! This Bible will last generations, the imitation leather ones not so much. I can’t say enough great things. The cover feels amazingly awesome, the text is large, no need for a magnifying glass, and the blue-silver edging is awe inspiring. This is my first non-study Bible and I couldn’t be more happier!!!!!!!!!!!
