I have absolutely loved using ritual. I have used their prenatals throughout my whole pregnancy and the difference is there as long as you are consistent. I have not been sick and I’ve been feeling good. My energy levels were high and I believe that quality of these is amazing. They come with two flavor, citrus and mint, and both are great. They are not sticky. The texture is smooth just glides when you drink them with water.

I gave 5 stars because the vitamins boosted my energy and I wanted to love these, but the aftertaste and stomach upset from iron supplement was too overwhelming. Have constant fishy taste in mouth- tried with food, and different times of day with no luck.

These are the best vitamins. They taste so good and give me everything I need. I have taken this brand for many years (including prenatal version) they are the best of the best!

These are a game changer! I got the citrus flavor and the smell is soooo good. What’s even better is you barely taste the pill when you take it. I’ve noticed have much more energy, my days are more active. I’ve been getting better sleep. If I wake up too early like 5 am, that doesn’t bother me anymore. I can just stay up and start my day after spending some time just laying in bed. The right bottle in the picture is the other vitamin I take with this one.

These are easy to swallow . Not I dont quite know if there have been any changes within my body from them but I would like there to be a larger quantity added to the inventory. Its a hassle having to buy everymonth or in bulk

Glad I went with the citrus flavor. Not bad at all to take. I haven't had the fishy burps like a lot of the reviews have said. Happy with these, I'll be buying them again.

I wish I could write a positive review but I can not with this product. If you plan on taking these be prepared to be burping up the nastiest fish after taste you’ll ever have. It was like the foulest of the sea creatures had destroyed my stomach and made their way to release the Kraken. I have never been so sick from a supplement in my life. Couldn’t stop vomiting. So yeah. Don’t buy it
