Fairly easy Installed conciseer ceiling fan, Instructions could have more written detail . Very happy with the fan only one disappointment, the fan has no memory option. Looks great ordering another one for our bedroom.

Stand up Vendor when an issue arises.
I have waited to revise my review. We purchase 3 of these fans one 52" and two 84" fans. They are beautiful and match the style of our home perfectly. After 4 months the 52" fan started making a bearing noise so I reached out to Amazon and unfortunately there was nothing they could do with this particular vendor and 30 days had passed for their guarantee return policy. They recommended I reach out to the vendor directly since it had been less than a year, So we reached out to the vendor and showed them a video of the issue. After a few positive emails of communication they sent us a replacement fan at no cost. This is s stand up vendor, and that is why we use Amazon for most of our purchase's because they either take care of us or the vendor does. Great experience!
