All the good stuff
These are great post work out. They are lightly carbonated and have the all good stuff, while leaving out the artificial dyes and other unnecessary ingredients. The citrus flavor is subtle and enjoyable! I feel more hydrated finishing one of these after my workout.

A true WTF moment indeed
Honestly at a loss for words. Ordered a flat of cans (12 cans shrink wrapped) and this is what I got in the box instead. Missing 1/3rd of my order and most the cans dented. Order also arrived a day late to boot. Tried emailing the company and no reply either. Might wanna avoid Cadence until the get their act together. I’ve never had this happen with any brand ever before.

Recommended for athletes
I would recommend this drink for an athelete as opposed to a normal consumer seeking a tasty beverage. I didn't realize until after I tried it that its a very salty drink with tons of sodium for electrolyte restoration. Flavor taste pretty good but it leaves a bit of an aftertaste which I believe is from the high amounts of sodium.Definitely treat this like a sports drink as opposed to just drinking it casually for flavor. From an energy perspective, I didn't notice anything extreme but had a similar energy response to when drinking coffee which in my opinion is good. Normally something like a 5 hour energy gives me the jitters but this did not.
