they fit good with a little persuasion. had rust about 4 inches up from the wheel well on the bed side, cut out the rust, put on the flares, and that's it. looks great. much better then trying to fix the rust hardest part is installing the trim around the flare to the body.

Poor Fitment
Don't fit flush, the two sided tape that holds the rubber trim on is useless. My truck had no rust or bodywork ever done to it, they just don't fit well.
