I am new to the home made yoghurt idea. My first attempt did not get the temperatures even close, but still made a tasty product. My second attempt, even without a thermometer, was much better and I got exactly what I hoped for - good thick yoghurt, crammed with good live bacteria for my gut.

Makes a great yoghurt when combined with gold top milk , nice and firm just need to try using the yoghurt to seed the next batch.

I have made yogurt in the past but have found it too tangy but with this yogurt starter it’s a smooth creamy taste and fool proof to make.

Made the most fantastic Greek style yoghurt. Have made yoghurts on on off for many years and this was the best ever. I have only one negative and that is that on the info on Amazon it stated that there was an instruction booklet with the order and there was no such booklet which was disappointing.

I ordered and received x 4 sachets - There are no instructions whatsoever on how to make Yogurt= Volume of Milk to use per Sachet !! I do not want a 'Yogurt making kit' as shown on this video, I already have a Yogurt maker. Very poor indeed.
