Slept like a baby!!! What a tea, honestly WASNT expecting much because I was struggling from sleep and the eye masks weren’t helping and were causing dents on my nose so I just wanted to switch to this and it worked. However, be aware of how much water you pour because it can make you get into a deep sleep so if you want a calm deep sleep put a lot of water and obviously two bags and knocked out buy one actyally is still potent yet more controlled and the sleep feels good. And less burdening knowing you’ll wake up on time or just earlier.🤷🏿‍♀️. Very durable tea bags I love the tongs iy comes with makes me feel like I’m a monk in a temple drinking tea🧘‍♀️. Quite therapeutic if you ask me also ingredients are pure valerian which I love because these people be lying out here sometimes it’s a joke but it’s all good just gotta get the good ones I guess💁🏿‍♀️. Colour is very rich if let it steep looks amazing brown colour not dooky but it’s reasonable. To end the value for money is worth it and will continue to buy once every while.

These are lovely tasting Valerian tea bags . Best I have tried and I have tried quite a few . Will be buying these regularly . Excellent Quality

Earthy and woody is Amazons description. Should be called, tastes like horse ____! Wow, don't think I could ever get used to the taste or that smell. Easier to drink the valerian tea with camomile tea which is only 15% valerian root, 85% camomile. This one though OMG 😱

Packaged cool nice addition with the bamboo seal closer,the tea is a very aquired taste that you can easily get used to,and I believe it helps to sleep easily, early days of trying yet though.

Only just started drinking this tea, husband and I are waking up in the night, he has dementia so we both need a good night's sleep, thought I would try this as valerian is an old tested remedy, taste is a bit strangest first, not West but getting used to it.

The taste and smell is horrible but this is the only tea that got my husband to sleep through the night. If you’re tired of not sleeping through the night this tea will work perfectly.

I bought this thinking it was just valerian root but they have licorice root, and a few other herbs in there. I guess it was on my end for not researching more on this product, but for my preference I did wish this tea only had the valerian root.

I was really impressed with this product's packaging. I love that there are no tags or strings and no individual envelopes (its a single, dark, resealable bag to preserve freshness -much like coffee). I love that the proceeds go directly to the farmers, to the zero carbon footprint, abd to education in India. And WOW, its so potent and delicious. restful and relaxing. It tastes like a combination of anise tea and maybe a maple bark?? Very woodsy and satisfyingly sweet and "spicy" (not like a pepper). Easy to drink without the addition of creamers or sugar. Fair price too. I will likely become an exclusive buyer of this brand and highly reccomend to anyone else! Thank you!
