There were two days on the return window, so I packaged up the flawed shoes and the TWO inserts and sent them back because the new one was coming the day after the return window.I get the new ones today, and they only come with one insert. I am not sure they are supposed to come with two, but if I could have waited, I would only return 1 set. Given the price of these and the fact that the insoles are decent but not high quality orthotics, getting two insoles made the price seem worth it.Will let you know if the velcro lasts more than 28 days this time.
