A great, under the radar, Pre workout!
This was a surprising under the radar pre workout. I was hesitant to try it, as I normally use stronger pre workouts such as Nitraflex and Lit, but I have to say this one took me by surprise. I was able to get mine for around $13 on sale and was pleased when it arrived. First of all, the pre workout contained a very large scoop! Back in the day, I used to use N.O. Xplode and the scoop was huge so that really took me back! The powder is very fine, kinda like powdered sugar. It didnt mix well at first. I would recommend shaking it up and drinking it instead of letting it sit, as it does sit at the bottom of a shaker quick. Once I drank it, it hit me! It was very mild but it got me focused in. Honestly this pre is very good for what it is! Some have said it didnt work for them, but its worth trying! The flavor was good and it worked great. My first workout with it was focused and strong. I would recommend it for sure! Its comparable to ghost or lit and I think it is a very under the radar pre that deserves more attention!

Great pre-workout for the price
I bought this product because I like the ingredient profile, and I wasn't disappointed in any way. It's rare to find a pre-workout at this price with the proper amounts in one scoop. For comparison:- ($13) OWN PWR: 6g citrulline, 2g beta-alanine, 5g creatine, 3g caffeine- ($18) Assault: 0g citrulline, 1.75g beta-alanine, 3g creatine, 2.5g caffeine- ($17) ON Gold: 0.75g citrulline, 1.5g beta-alanine, 3g creatine, 1.75g caffeine- ($22) Mr. Hyde: 0.5g citrulline, 2.5g beta-alanine, 1g creatine, 4.2g caffeine- ($15) Six Star: 0.5g citrulline, 1.5g beta-alanine, 1.5g creatine, 2.5g caffeineI don't know why there are so many low reviews, I think this is a great pre-workout for the price. The scoop is fairly large, but it dissolves and mixes easily -- no need for a shaker. I can put a scoop in a cup of water, swirl it around a few times, the the product is mixed. The Blue Raz flavor is fine, aside from a little bit of a chalky aftertaste, but who drinks pre-workouts for taste anyways?I think this pre-workout gives nice, clean focus and pump with no crash afterwards. I've tried a lot of different pre-workouts and have made my own, but so long as this product stays around $13 I will keep buying it. The formula is good and you can't beat the value.

Great energy and blends well
The first thing I noticed when I opened the canister was how fine the powder was. Even with the creatine in it it had an almost baby powder texture. Shook it up and drank it and there was zero graininess. Good flavor, light, not overly sweet, no chemical taste. Laid off powder preworkout after trying MP Assault a few months ago. It had good flavor and provided decent results in terms of energy, but it was very grainy regardless of how long I shook it. After a typical 30 seconds of shaking this stuff, though, I was surprised at how smooth it blended. Went down very easy.Got to the gym about 20 minutes after chugging it and started with some lifts. Added a some weight on the bench and OHP and got thru my sets, but didn't feel overly energetic, really had to giv'er actually but assumed that was from going up 10 pounds on each from the prior week. Sat down to do some low rows and at the start of my second set I noticed that it felt too easy. Finished my sets and blasted thru lat pull downs and was just blowing up with energy. Had extreme urge to just sprint and explode thru walls like the kool-aid man, it was weird but awesome. Finished my workout and came home and am still flying while typing this. This stuff is fantastic, especially for the price. One scoop had me totally jacked up even after a hectic, physical day at work. Looking forward to more.

Best PWO for the $
This is the best preworkout on the market. It has all the necessary ingredients that you need and is extremely cheap for what you’re getting. Each ingredient is clinically dosed. For instance, 5g of creatine is exactly what you need, which this has. In addition to the creatine it has 6g of citrulline for “pump” and 2 g of beta alanine as well as 300mg of caffeine. These 4 ingredients are basically all you need in a preworkout and this gives you the right dose of each. Try finding another preworkout that has those same dosages at anywhere near this price.. you can’t. It doesn’t taste great, but if you’re drinking it for the taste you aren’t too concerned about results in the first place. It mixes just fine in a shaker bottle.

Does not agree with me, makes me queasy
I'll start by saying I've been a bodybuilder for 14 years, competing for 6 years as well as coaching competitors. I am extremely desensitized to all stimulants, they never do much for me and I've probably used about 50 different pre workout powders throughout my time. With that said, this is the only drink I have ever had that makes me sick. I tried it about 8 times thinking it must be something else but no, it's the powder. I tried just powder in my mouth washing it down with water, mixing in little water, mixing In a lot of water and sipping on, same result every time about 40ish minutes after drinking I start to feel queasy. I have a iron stomach but this just doesn't agree with me.

Mid range pre workout
Flavor is ok. Not the best but certainly not the worst. For the price it’s a solid choice.
