Caution: You may over indulge
Soft and creamy. No sticking to your teeth. Not overly sweet. I've ordered this product many times, and even as gifts for others. Even the suger free caramels are tasty.

Great for soups, stews & sauces.
I purchased these for the cost savings and amount you get. I used to purchase small packets from an online spice shop. If you don't have fresh shallots these can be added to your recipe. I use them in my homemade spaghetti sauce instead of onions for a milder flavor. I usually freeze the packet. I'm trying to figure out how to do it with these for freshness.
