The product is amazing, but what really compelled me to write a review is the customer service! They were extremely friendly and understanding that the original shipped item was not working properly. They asked for a photo to show that it was not working, and immediately sprung into acting by getting a new one delivered. About the product, it is very quiet, I can barely hear it in my office. It looks modern, sleek, and to me it's a great bang for your buck. I 100% will buy from them again if the opportunity arises.

After several months of researching the best humidor for my budget, the wifey got this one as a surprise for my birthday. Shipping was really quick. Box had a few crush spots and tears, but the humidor was in great shape due to the packing material. FedEx driver had a little difficulty handling it because of the bulky box. I let the humidor sit boxed in the house for 2 days before I opened it. Once I reread the instructions a few times, it was extremely easy to set up. It is currently sitting empty until I am satisfied the seasoning is good. Used distilled water on the shelves and just waiting for the water to soak in. Should be ready for cigars shortly. It is very quiet. Update: The humidor came up to desired temp and humidity within an hour, but I kept it empty for another 24 hours or so. Water tray is a bit difficult to see, so just remove the bottom tray to make it easier. Make sure you check the water tray every week or so until all your sticks are at the desired humidity, then should be fine every couple of weeks

I've had this product for almost a year and I've been very pleased. The product came with a slightly broken shelf and the company sent me a replacement right away. The humidor itself works very well, but the direct airflow of the fans can dry out the wrappers. This seems to be common in other humidors too. The easy fix is to cover, box, or bag your cigars. Humidity is easily maintained and I hardly ever have to add water once filled. Would recommend.

An issue with accurate readings of temp and (even worse), humidity which will not adjust. I did install another temp and humidity reader for comparison, and it is more accurate. The unit itself otherwise seems to work very well. I would recommend sticking with the lower number of cigars it (35L) is estimated to hold. *Update: Called phone number on included manual. Call disconnected as a "bad" number. Got a call back as I was dialing again. Person spoke broken English and told me to send a video after I stated the Humidity was not allowing me to adjust it. I put in a separate reader for humidity and temp and there is NO CHANGE even though I adjusted humidity down to 60 and it still reads at 74 now for 24 hours. Temp works fine. I fail to understand what a video of the numbers on the unit would fix. They said they would email me. They haven't. Not pleased. ** UPDATE: I have had this running for 5 days now, using a separate instrument to read temp. and humidity for comparison. The digital readout on the 35L spot on for temperature readings; the readout for humidity is 8 degrees lower than the actual humidity. Adjusting the humidity settings I find the ratio remains. The company states (+/- 5). As for assistance from the company/seller: they keep requesting video. Video of what? lol The digital readout? The temperature read out is spot on. The humidity readout is off (low) by 8 degrees. Period. Please overall with the product, but support is not the best and mainly by email. (I called the number once, and the msg was the number was disconnected.) Then I get a call back from the same number. Weird. And the connection was so bad they said they'd email me ... and asked my the first of several times for video. Again. Weird. Last, 35L is smaller than stated as far as capacity (180-250 cigars). Not close. More like half those numbers.

So after a few months with it, it works great. I’m actually about to order another one because I need more space. I go for this one because the water tray is small. The competitors are the size of a shelf. You don’t need that much space for water. So this one is a couple cups and it gives a lot more storage. I hope they always keep these in stock because this is a great humidor 490 cigars is a stretch, 400 with your average size cigars and you will still have good circulation. I was going to buy a 2nd of these but I bought a newair 1500 off a friend that upgraded to a racking tower humidor, comparing the two. I would take this, the temp and humidity is so far off on the newair. I’ll calibrate it and hopefully it can meet this humidors standard.

Humidor arrived in good condition. The seller actually sent me a message prior to the arrival of the humidor with instructions for proper setup. That seemed unusual to me. But I reached to customer support for some help with the cooling settings. I talked to a person on the phone who helped me work it out, and followed up with emails to make sure that I was happy. I really can't say enough about their customer service. They exceeded my expectations. After following the instructions, I plugged in the humidor and let sit empty for 24 hours. The temperature and the humidity were stabilized within 2 hours. The unit itself is exactly as advertised. Plenty of room for cigars. I'm nowhere near the 270 count but I think there is plenty of room to get there. Overall, this is exactly what I wanted. Set it and forget it. I still check regularly, but it always where I set it. The bottom line is, my cigars are noticeably better with controlled humidity and temperature.

So far so good. The company contacted me before shipping and told me to leave it upright and off for at least 24 hours. I'm assuming because of the oil in the motor. The cabinet is quiet and seems to hold temp and humidity very well. It is a modern looking cabinet and has a large water box. Not sure how long it will last but it seems like a long time. The only thing I can say negative is that the instructions included are not very good. But if that's the worst of my problems then I'm doing just fine. So far I would definitely recommend this humidor.

Such an amazing product. Easy to set up, just fill the water box, set your desired temperature and let it roll. Definitely my new focal point in my cigar area.
