I did take it out of the oven about three times to turn over and mix them around so they can cook evenly. At the end when I thought it might have burned I immediately put it in a glass dish. Let it cool a little bit. Then I put it in my NutriBullet and blended it into a powder. I put one tablespoon into my coffee filter and brewed it, just like I do with my coffee. It looked like coffee, it tasted like coffee but better! I did put one tablespoon of butter in my first cup. It was so delicious that I ended up having four cups last night. Thankfully it has no caffeine. I'm so excited about it. And I can't wait to have more. It's a must! And it heals your liver and detoxes the liver. Most people are walking around with fatty liver or getting there. This will reverse it.

**Q: I could not locate your organic certification on the ccof and usda.gov websites. can you supply supporting documentation?**
A: All of our FGO tea bags are certified USDA organic by CCOF, California Certified Organic Farmers. And they are certified Non-GMO by the Non-GMO Project.

You can confirm our USDA organic certification by searching the name of our manufacturing facility in the USDA Organic Integrity database - "Bell-Carter Packaging". You will see the name of all of our tea bags noted in this database on the USDA website.

**Q: Why is there a warning from CA proposition 65 for this product?**
A: If you're asking this question, you're likely not from California. In California, even the most left wing, health nut, eco conscious hippies laugh at the absurdity of the prop 65 warnings. You can find them posted on most buildings, nearly every non food product, and a good amount of food products. Essentially if something has a one in a million chance of contributing .01% to a cancer you might eventually get, it gets the warning.

**Q: My nettle arrived, and in spite of your description saying it is 100% from the usa, why does my 16 ounce bag state: raw from bulgaria??**
A: My 16 oz. bag of Nettle Tea says "Raw from Bulgaria" on the front of the bag. My 16 oz. Gunpowder Green Tea says "Raw from China" on the front of the bag. Both bags say they were "distributed from FGO in Seattle, WA" so it appears they were shipped to the USA. I wonder if they were shipped in barrels and packaged in the USA or packaged in China. Either way, I am not happy to buy food from China.

**Q: What process is used to decaffeinate?**
A: We decaffeinate our tea naturally using CO2 -hope this helps!   The CO2 process is one of just two that removes caffeine from coffee without using chemicals.
