Q: I’m looking for a healthy substitute to the Maruchan brand chicken flavored ramen noodles. How would you compare in taste?

There is no flavor packet with this product, just plane ramen noodles. I bought to use in an Asian coleslaw recipe as my daughter-in-law can't have gluten. I used the noodles uncooked. The taste and texture was different than the Maruchan ramen noodles. I don't know how they would fair cooked.
