Natural Loofah Sponge, Organic Luffa Body Scrubber Bath Exfoliating, 4 inch

I bought these loofahs because I needed something that would help me exfoliate my skin. I don't like buying the loofahs from the store because they often feel flimsy and don't dig deep into the skin to get rid of gunk. Well, coming from a Hispanic household, we use these organic loofahs a lot, and this one in particular, was exactly what I was looking for! When you take it out of the package, it's very flat. Everything is shrunk, but once you add water to it, it starts to unfold and becomes it's full size. When you use it, it helps remove hard grime from your body, leaving you clean. I will warn against rubbing this loofah too hard against your skin. Again, it's a very tough material, so you may run the risk of bleeding, so please be careful! Overall, for the price and quality, I love this!

Very firm and fairly thick, takes a few washes to soften them. I’ve been using them to wash my dishes and they work great. Was tricky to get the hang of using them at first, but once they softened it’s almost like using a regular sponge.

It’s a very solid product. Durable and lasts 30 days for sure. When you initially wet them It does not take long at all to expand to their normal size. They are a bit coarse at first, but that’s also probably great for exfoliating your body too. It doesn’t hurt to use initially and they soften up over use. I’ve been a 2/3 time repeat purchaser now as I have wanted a more environmentally friendly product for my shower care. I’ve had no issues with them, the one star off is honestly because of this seed issue I’ve noticed in my recent order. My most recent order, I have noticed these bits of seeds in the shower. This picture I took is from today. I have never had this issue until today. It was full of seeds which is weird and I’m not a fan of. You only find out until they expand; which is in the shower.. They need to fix this issue or I will stop being a repeat customer. I shouldn’t have to clean this up in the shower every time.

These loofah are the perfect size. I’ve purchased others that were just too big so I’m super pleased with these. As long as they dry completely after use there is no Issues with mold.

Update!! To get lots of suds, pour a normal amount of body wash inside the loofah and keep it very wet. Start to scrub and you'll start to see lots of soap bubbles that last the whole time! It read tons of reviews about how these would ultimately work. I ended up buying them after reading more reviews of this product vs. any other about how these suds up with body wash. After having used it for a few months, I can get it to suds up but no where near what a plastic scrubby can. I have tried getting it soaking wet then applying a line of body wash down it and it will suds up some but quickly absorbs or pushes deeper into the loofah and stops proving any suds. It does feel like it is exfoliating which is nice but hard to tell if any soap is actually coming off. There is a pack of 4, so I don't know if I will continue to use them when they finally run out. While it is not plastic, it just doesn't feel like I am getting as clean as I was hoping. It is cutting down on plastic but I have to use a lot more soap to get the suds I am used to. When you first open them, you have to soak them in water per the directions, which is cool to see how much they expand. Don't be surprised if there still some seeds on the inside, they fall right out and you can throw them away. I did notice after a lot of use, body hair finds it's way into the interior and is hard to get out, so who knows what other germs or what not is in there. I really like that these can be composted, contain no plastic (other than the packaging) and are more environmentally conscious. They have a lot of pros but the cons are either a big adjustment or just part of the deal.

This is the most natural and environmentally friendly dishwashing gadget; highly recommended.

Great product

Showed with a rope on them in photos but none on them. Otherwise fine.

Garbage. Strong chemical smell. Full of rotten seeds. Too small to use. Stay away. Chinese scam. No way I will use this item on my body.

Not as pictured. Full of seeds that go slimy in the shower. I know this is a natural product, but should be cleaned before being sold.
