Overly hyped piece of Chinese junk.
Right after purchase, it cuts well. That's only natural. The truth emerges after a couple of weeks. As long as you keep sharpening that knife every week, it will stay sharp. Cheep blade. Because 4Cr14 steel is low HRC levels. Looks only.

Un coltello sicuramente di qualità superiore. La lama è perfettamente affilata, e permette tagli precisi e sottili. Anche dal punto di vista ergonomico a mio parere è molto ben curato. Adatto a vari scopi (è un tuttofare) può sostituire vari coltelli in un unico oggetto. Sono pochi giorni che lo utilizzo, vedremo con il tempo se l'affilatura, come da descrizione, è resistente e duratura. Il prezzo risulta del tutto congruo con la qualità offerta. Il Venditore si è dimostrato estremamente affidabile, rispettando i tempi di consegna.
