I still have more than 1/3. Hope this helps. **Q: Is this product ok to use in conjuction with fasting.....?** A: Yes it has nothing in it that will break a fast. I use it myself and I practice Omad. **Q: How is this used?** A: Put a scoops worth in your drinks bottle. Use after or during excersise.
