Definitely take the edge off and promotes longer sleep. Weirdest dreams ever though. Overall great. Keep in mind it will become less effective as product builds up in your system. They're so friggen delicous so be careful not to leave them where children can get to them.

These sleep gummies have quickly become a favorite in our home. I love the flavor and texture. I usually take these in the night before bed and they work great, but I decided to take them for an 1 hour and 30 minute nap and it was great! And when I woke up from my nap I wasn’t too tired which is great because I needed energy for the day. They taste really good too, they’re really sweet. There is 3g of sugar, but it’s from Tapioca syrup, organic cane sugar, and fruit juice. I think all the ingredients are good as well, in my opinion. There is coconut oil in there as well, which I always enjoy, but people with nut allergies won’t be able to use them depending on what kind of nut allergy they have. These gummies made me want to try other Lemme gummies, as well. Next I want to try the Lemme Burn Metabolism gummies and Lemme Purr Vaginal Probiotic!
