The KIND Nut Bars, Cranberry Almond health snack bars are at one time my go to snack bars They taste delicious and they have a huge amount of flavored selections to choose from and I can tell you that the majority of it tasted pretty good. Mind you, I have tasted these things since 2014 so I am glad that they still have this flavor, however, there are other flavors that I tried that made it to the chopping board, meaning that they discontinued the flavors. Flavors such as: Almonds & Apricot in Yogurt, Blueberry Pecan + Fiber, STRONG & KIND Roasted Jalapeno, STRONG & KIND Honey Mustard, and KIND Fruit & Nut, Apple Cinnamon & Pecan are my favorites. I do wish they bring them back. I have yet to test out their new flavors, but the amount of nuts in the bar and the huge burst in flavor was well worth the portion. They can get quite addictive sometimes, but I like to think that these bars are "portion controlled" so I don't over eat these tasty snacks. They textures in these Kind snack bars vary depending on the flavored bar you are getting. You will get the typical nut textures from almonds, cashews, peanuts, etc., however you the added textures from the flavor of choice you choose for your bar. I wouldn't say that they snack is dry, however, the snack itself makes my mouth salivate, so bring water with you as they can probably get too flavored to the point you want to at least cleanse your palate after your short snack break. The sugar content depends on the flavor you get. If you choose chocolate for example, there will be more sugar added than others that naturally sweet like the blueberry pecan. All in all, it is best to try out different KIND bars to see what is best suited for you because you'll be surprised that something least favored may turn out to be the most favorite of the bunch.

These are my favorite KIND bars. The bar has some very good flavor combinations, however, it was sticky and gooey. The bar sticks to the wrapper - hard to eat it from the package.

I like having these on hand for a quick snack. The variety and overall quality are solid, and the cranberry almond flavor tastes fresh without being overly sweet. The bar size is just right for a mid-day snack, and they’re easy to toss in a purse, gym bag, or car. Very convenient when you need something quick that still feels like a quality snack.

Amazing taste! Great on the go mornIng snack. I’ve tried a few other flavors they’re equally as good.

J'adore ! En plus j'ai reçus un peu plus tôt que prévu à la commande, bon de 2 jours ! Si je devais mettre un point négatif, les barres collent un peu une fois déballées ... Mais elles sont super bonnes ! Bon bien-sûr ça dépend des goûts ;)
