I only use Human Perfect Locks braiding hair on my head, so my granddaughter came to visit and wanted me to braid her hair with the same type of hair she had installed. Well, here in NM there is very limited supply of choices for African American hair products and it's very over priced. I allowed her to browse Amazon knowing I'll get great deals on the prices plus free shipping. So, she located this hair and read the reviews. I asked if it mentioned tangled free, because I dislike braiding hair with unbranded inexpensive braiding hair because it hurts my fingers when the hair gets all tangled up at the ends. The hair arrived in three days. It was actually soft and it really didn't tangled at the ends while braiding, which was a big plus for my old fingers. If you're fast at braiding and don't pullout to the very end at every few crossovers, the hair will tangled. Once I was finished, I dipped the hair in hot steaming water and the hair is still holding up. The photos of her hair are about 39 days after being braided. 1. Yes, the hair is worth the funds. 2. This braiding hair is the best affordable braiding hair hands down! I've ordered from BeFunny a few times before, but always their 24", never their 30". For some reason I feel like this hair is better quality than the 24". It didn't hurt my fingers or get tangled while I was braiding it, and it's had almost no tangling the whole 5 weeks of me wearing it. I received the hair May 5th & spent both the 5th & 6th braiding it. It is now June 12th and it still looks pretty good for wearing it a month. I've been meaning to take it out for the past 4 days so I haven't been caring for it as much (no scarf at night, no tieing it up, no styling) and it still looks great! The attached video is the morning of June 12th (5 weeks), just woke up, didn't style my hair or run my fingers through it. This is how it looks after me sleeping on it for days, no scarf. I did not use any products throughout wearing, only hair lotion and jam when braiding, and it's held up. I also did not shampoo it so I wouldn't know how it would hold after a wash, but I'm sure it will be great! The hair does not get frizzy & doesn't tangle. I love this hair! (30" over 24" for sure!) And the length is perfect! Although it's long, it's also lightweight. I used all of the hair for this style, each pack gave me either 14-16 braids.

Perfect for box braids; the quality of the product is very good. Honestly I was surprised! It looks great and the color is deep and rich the length of the packs of hair are even which is a plus for everyone who wants to do medium size to small sized individual boxes braids. The length is mid shoulder to upper back to give you an push on the actual braid size you want.

After doing some researching, I wasn't sure even after the hair came highly recommended! I however went ahead and purchased the hair the price was reasonable and reviews were high. When I received the hair, I immediately did a quality check and truth be told it was very soft. The next day I began working on my daughters hair. I ended up using 6 of 8 and as you can see her hair was full and light weight also very easy to manage. She has been wearing her hair down and it still looks fabulous and soft, no tangles or dryness. It's hard to buy hair online when you don't have the option to see it in person. I am very picky so I figured finding the perfect hair online would be impossible.....but honey!!!! Let me tell you! This was my 1st time installing box braids and this hair did not disappoint! It's soft and lightweight! It's not tangle free (no hair is) but it is not tangle prone. Its so manageable and I only had to deal with a few knots here and there. My hands weren't sore, after 12 hours of installing thigh length box braids, and it blends with my type 4 stretched hair perfectly! I didn't even use the 8 bags for my medium braids! (I used about 6 and a half) I would 10/10 order this hair again!

Brought this hair to my braider and she said the hair is very soft and silky, so it can be hard to blend with natural kinky hair. Shes an experienced braider, so she did a great job. The color looked very old lady at first when we took it out of the bags, but I trusted the process and loved the color by the time she finished braiding. I'm noticing the hair is very silky and slippery whenever I try to style the braids. If I do a bun or a pony tail, it slips out easily compared to other hair I've used. I probably wouldn't buy the hair again because I like to do a lot of styles with box braids, but if you plan on just wearing the braids down, then this is a good choice of hair.

I love this hair it doesn't smell, great color, haven't had any shedding, and the length was good. Will definitely order again.
