Terrible Experience! First of all, the computer crashed a day after we set it up. This was a Christmas gift for my son who is 8, super excited about a new gaming computer to be disappointed when it crashed, unable to even play it. Trying to get a hold of tech support is a joke, you will never reach someone by phone. Emails, they don't answer or answer sparingly. Finally spoke to someone, tried to pin it on me that it was something we installed that caused Windows to crash, no sorry! We didn't install anything out of the ordinary that aren't already on other computers in our house such as Roblox and Chrome. They were supposedly sending me a repair disk, a week later still no disk and they refuse to respond to my emails asking where the disk is. I am done at this point and sending this rebuild piece of junk back! Don't waste your money or your time!

The computer arrived and there was an oeuvre that was loose. We connected all the pieces and none of the ports work. The computer won’t turn on. All the pieces like the monitor and keyboard work with other devices but the cpu doesn’t work at all. The support is rediculous. You get sold a product that costs hundreds of dollars and Amazon says this product isn’t covered and they can’t help. So I’m stuck with a computer that can’t do what it was supposed to be promised it could. Extremely disappointed. Money wasted.

Received a PC that wouldn’t work right. Tech support had to replace. I shipped out PAC and still waiting on replacement status…

Computer worked great! Monitor came in busted but shipper helped right away on getting a replacement! Definitely recommend!

If I could give it no stars I would This product is a scam!!!! Say it is an i7 core processor it comes with an i5 processor. When you turn it on it goes to a dell screen with a white circle and just sits there. It is pieced together with masking tape and packing tape. The keyboard and mouse are cheap, when I contacted support the 1st time without going through here they tried to make me pay $200 just to talk to them! Then they were only going to give me $50 to return the tower. The whole situation is was shady.
