Comfortable Ankle Suppor
m very satisfied with this ankle support. It provides good compression and helps make my ankle feel more stable and comfortable during daily activities. Measure your heel before ordering! The size chart is spot on
I bought this brace because I've been dealing with an inflamed ankle for a while. The real solution is probably a week of rest... which is pretty much impossible with two small kids at home. Until I figure out how to make that happen, I wanted something to help during and after our daily walks. The biggest piece of advice I can give is DON'T GUESS YOUR SIZE, measure it!! I was convinced I needed a "small" because I have pretty narrow feet, but I actually followed the measuring instructions and measured my heel circumference. It was a little over 9 inches, which put me in a "medium". I'm so glad I checked because the "medium" fits perfectly (for reference, I also wear a women's size 8), and I am sure the "small" would've been way to tight for me. The compression feels just right for me, I get enough support so I haven't even needed to use the extra ankle straps that come with it yet. It's nice to have them though in case I ever want a little more support. And yes, they come as pair, the description doesn't mention it, but you do get two ankle braces and two straps, that makes this an even better value than I expected.
