Our last, otherwise-branded rice cooker was used for almost 2 years. Because i can't mention its brand here or review the last one due to the policy, i'll tell you why this one performs much better, meanwhile priced pretty as much. It's easier to clean, rice at the bottom is not easily burnt or sticky, the bottom of the tub does not peel off over a short period of time, compared to that a-some-letters-a branded one. The basket looks much better designed and more substantial. So now you know what the other one was like. I didn't expect much out of this rice cooker considering the amount of money paid, but it really worked over it. If the must be any drawbacks -- i don't know why the outer of the tub turned pale after being cleaner in the dishwasher. Could be the superficial aluminum got oxidized. Would advise cleaning by hand if it's not that greasy. Overall, still Definitely recommend.

Excelente producto, llegó en tiempo y forma. Cumple completamente con todas las especificaciones indicadas. No tengo ninguna otra observación; ya llevo varias semanas con el producto y funciona tal cual se describe. Sin duda una excelente compra.
