This Boxing Ball kit is great for a fun workout, especially if you don't have time to get to the gym. I can use it at home, or take it with me when I travel. I saw couple of guys using this product in the gym and I was curious to try it myself. Now, after couple of days of using it, I can say that it's so addictive that I spend about 20min almost every evening to train. It's good to improve your reaction speed and also it's a very good stress relief after a hard working day.Strongly recommend!

I actually bought this for me and I am a 64 year old grandma. I want to improve my coordination and thought this would help. That said, It is hard! But, the product is just as pictured. And comes with a very nice storage bag. I received it very quickly. And I will keep practicing!

I recently bought this boxing training equipment and I was immediately impressed by it. Everything comes in a very small package, so it is so easy to take it with you anywhere: camping, on vacation (even to your office if you need to burn some bad energy). I am not a very sportive type of person, but this device is so straight forward and easy to use that I didn;t have any problem in putting it together and practicing with it. During the weekend I had my friends over and it was such a fun time together, trust me, it can really "heat up" the atmosphere on a Friday or Saturday night. I really liked the fact that it has a ball for beginners like me so that you don't injure yourself. Overall I am very happy with the product and I highly recommend it to everyone that wants to have dun and exercise at the same time!

Cool and fun thing. If you're bored of shadow boxing this is the new level to it. It won't turn you into Mike Tyson but it will help your accuracy and you will have a lot of fun. Recommended

It’s pretty hard to figure out how long the string needs to be. But then again I’m not a boxer at all. I got it for work to let the employees play around with. Works great and made well

Great gift idea. I bought this reflex boxing ball as a present for my nephew who is 8. He has really good fun but also he is improving his eye and hand coordination.

The headband itself doesn't stay fastened to your head very well. If you double wrap the band around your head it works but then it is too tight to keep on for too long.
