Contacted Amazon, sent out a replacement right away. I did have to suffer through a few errors in telling me that I had to send back the first set of tools, but that was taken care of with a phone call. The crimpers work great. Only flaw is that the cutter seems to wear out quickly, especially at the end. Seems like pin 8 or 1 is always left uncut.
