I've tried so many protein brand in my life . This one truly work wonderfully on my stomach . No gas , no cramp , no crazy poop. It's like eating real food . Taste is good , I like to mix it with a banana and peanut butter.

It works very well as a meal replacement and keeps me full for hours, which is exactly what I wanted. It can be a little grainy, and if you do not drink it quickly the powder tends to settle at the bottom of the shaker. A good shake or blending it in a blender helps a lot though. Good taste. Mixes pretty well. It can have a bit of a gritty texture to it but its not that bad. I only use 2 scoops instead of 4 to fit into my Shaker cup and its done good for me so far.
