For years I have purchased middle of the road coupler locks for my trailers and every one of them, from Trimax, to Reese, to Master Lock has failed me in some way. Several of them had to have the lock cylinder drilled out because they were stuck on there and no longer worked with the key. I got sick of dealing with the headache of trying to leave on a trip and drilling out the lock to get my own trailer hooked up. I decided to spring for an expensive setup, hoping it would be my last. I will never again hassle with cheap locks. This Proven Lock product is extremely well-made and heavy duty. It fit right onto the coupler of my trailer perfectly, holding the safety chain hooks inside and lining up the first time I put it on. The puck lock is very nice. The blue looks nice, and the lock cylinder seems like it will hold up. It is very easy to install and remove, and I am no longer worried about getting locked out from towing my own trailer again. Worth the money (albeit pricey) to save me some headaches.

Product is solid and works flawlessly --- very easy to use. Construction is top notch -- very solid. After placing order, the company reached out to me to just confirm that I had ordered to correct lock; requesting hitch photos if possible. I had in fact ordered the incorrect part, and this was all sorted before the lock assembly shipped. Overall outstanding customer service! Do not hesitate to do business with them through Amazon.

Proven Industries had one of the best products on the market. Very well made, heavy duty, quality craftmanship, and functional. The one additional thing I would like to bring attention to is their customer service. I needed an exchange because the original coupler I purchased was incorrect due to the trailer supplier's incorrect information. Nonetheless, Proven Industries has been ultra-responsive, friendly, helpful, and is solving my problem asap. They make it easy to deal with and get want I need quickly.
