Real woman here and I noticed less bloat all over my body within a couple days. I was already taking oregano oil which did help tummy bloat but something in these supplements reduced it all over my body. My clothes feel comfortable again. My food noise has dimmed which is making changing my diet easier. I am sleeping better and so far my moods are better. Make sure you take these with food or they will make your tummy sick feeling. Mostly I just like being able to bend over and tie my shoes without holding my breath because a bloated tummy doesn't bend well. That was my goal! I just ordered next months as Ive been on these for a few weeks now.

I've been taking this combo for a mo rh and have seen zero improvement in my opinion. It might work better for some more than others.

I took it twice and it didn't work

Love it, so many beneficial items all in one formula no guessing. Hair fall out is less, more glossy shine. Stronger nails less bloating. Only downfall is quite a few pills to take morning noon and night and I dont like pills that much. But for as much as is in here it makes sense you need that many to get all the goodness.
