what is the difference between this and the 2325 (QD model) that is 1/2 the price?

The USB duo is a one piece solution headset to USB. The GN 2325 ends in a quick disconnect and still needs a lower cord to phone , usb or amplifier to work.

Hello, does anyone know is this unit works with a traditional phone (rj)? also, does the speaker reduce background noise and mic noise cancelling? thx

I believe the headset will work with traditional phones, but you have to be careful to also purchase the correct jack adapter. It's a two part purchase. I purchased the headset and jack adapter specific to Cisco IP phones. As far as noise reduction is concerned, it meets my needs very well. It still allows for some minimal sound to come through, which I prefer so that I am aware of what is going on around me, but nearly eliminates all background noise for a clear and comfortable conversation. Also, the party at the other end can hear me clearly without background noise interfering. The headset is very confortable for long conversations. Sometime I forget that I'm wearing it.

great for our busy call center

have 7-8 staff in one room, can speak loudly without being heard in other peoples phone calls. these get used 40 hours every week making non stop outbound calls and we still have yet to break any of them in 3 years.

Cuffie per call center

Lavoro in un call center dove non ci forniscono una cuffia personale ma ogni giorno ne prendiamo una "dal mucchio" e sono solo monoaurali. Sia per questioni igieniche che per comfort acustico ho deciso di fare questo investimento e acquistarne un paio da usare come personali. Qualità ottima, ha migliorato il mio modo di lavorare averle binaurali. Certo non costano poco ma questo su amazon è il prezzo più basso del web.
