Bound in sections, smaller than anticipated
This is nice, but I didn't expect it to be bound the way it is, it's sort of in sections. It's not too bad but would've liked a little cleaner look. I'm sure that they have to do it that way to some extent. It's also much smaller than I had thought, I should've measured it out. It's hard to write in because of the size, and I have small hands! I have neat handwriting but this sort of makes my handwriting look sloppy. The leather is nice, but I'm noticing some marks on it even though I have been very careful with it. I hope it lasts because I got this to write in as a journal to my daughter when she turns 18. She's 19 mos now.

Comes with bookmark
This beautiful, soft, sturdy. I especially like the leather bookmark it came with - and the lined pages. I also enjoy that the pages are light in color

I was very impressed with the quality of the bag, and the journal itself. The pages are replaceable and over all it looks like a very good product.

The perfect journal!
I recieved mine today and it is gorgeous! It has a rustic, old-timey feel to it and the leather smells wonderfully welcoming. As I start journaling again, I plan to order more.

Great quality
I bought this for my boyfriend as an anniversary gift and he loved it. The quality of the book and paper is amazing. The leather is very soft and durable. It is refillable you just have to buy the same paper.

Very good quality
It is very good quality. I’ve never had a journal that was string bound. The pages don’t open flat like a glued binding, which is a little more cumbersome to write. I still love this journal though and recommend it because in the long run I believe it will last longer and it is beautiful!

Great Craftsmanship
I bought this for myself, it's such a neat item and I love the craftsmanship. I am crafty but I don't have the leather skills of the one who made this. Much Admiration to the designer/maker.

Excellent gift!
I had this embossed and it turned out BEAUTIFUL and the person who received the gift was a very masculine man in tears stating it was the most meaningful and thoughtful gift he had ever received!
