The Lost Book of Herbal Remedies

I got The Lost Book of Herbal Remedies as a gift for my mom because she specifically asked for it, and she’s been really enjoying it so far. She’s always been interested in natural remedies and plants, so this book was right up her alley. From flipping through it with her, the book is packed with information and a lot of detailed pictures that help identify different plants and herbs. She likes that it explains what the plants are traditionally used for and where they’re commonly found. It’s the kind of book you can read through or just pick up and browse when you’re curious about a certain plant. The layout is easy to follow and the photos make it easier to recognize things if you’re out walking or gardening. Overall it ended up being a great gift for someone interested in herbal remedies, plant identification, or natural health topics.

Love this book,good teaching

I was told about this book by an herbalist and I am so glad it is part of my library now! Easy to read and understand, covers the medicinal uses of hundreds of plants and how to prepare them. A must own book for homesteaders, foragers, and naturalists.

The book mentions some straightforward herbal remedies, mostly composed of two to four ingredients you likely already have in your kitchen, and they are effective.

One of my friends had this book and showed me it and I fell I love it. I love the pics, the descriptions, and all the uses for the herbs and plants. Unrelated to the actual product, the seller uses the UPS Mail Innovation service for package tracking, which I didn’t care for. Amazon notified me of it being attempted to be delivered but I was home all day and no sign of it, so I got worried. Then it changed to holding at a pickup location but didn’t specify where which worried me more. I learned that if I go to the website of the delivery method (USPS, UPS, FedEx) and place the tracking number there, it’s better at locating things for me and is more specific in the arrival date.

The moment I received this book I couldn’t put it down. Thank you again, irs really educational.

I love this book, it should be passed on to other generations in the family

I like this book. I kinda makes me feel like I have control over what I CAN decide to put in my body. Afterall Big Pharma didn't come up with most of the medicines from scratch. Homemade cures and remedies have been passed down for generations and they work! If owning the book for any other reason than to cover my family if it ever comes down to the inability to get what we need, at least I have in my hands a direction to follow. Just another tool in the toolbox so to say.

Whilst the content is very good, cross reference capabilities between ailments and solutions is convoluted.

Not even a book

The holy bible of all remedies. Don't forget part II ! This has hypothetically "cured" me of many thing. I cannot legally say it, but it has helped and changed my life with a lot of things in my entire family lives by this book. I think anyone who is considering anything about their holistic future should consider this an essential asset not just an addition

Con respecto al contenido puedo reiterar que es un Excelente libro y que no debe faltar en nuestra biblioteca (puesto que ya lo había comprado anteriormente es que puedo dar mi opinión) Es tan bueno que lo presté y ya no regresó a mi 😊
