Good Machine but the Instructions...not so much
I bought this machine after my gas powered 2300 psig pressure washer died after nearly 20 years of service. Please don't get put off by the next paragraph, keep reading. The indicated pressure for this machine is 3000 psig, but that is actually the max. The rated pressure is 2200 psig. The instructions are minimal and lack any reference on how to assemble the handle and a couple of other pieces. It also makes reference to putting the nozzle in the closed position for high pressure operation or pull it out for low pressure operation. There is no illustration as to how to accomplish that and, as of now, I have not been able to figure out how to do that. It also indicates that the spray angle can be adjusted from straight to fan by turning the nozzle. That is not true. You are provided with 5 different nozzles in varying spray angles. You must switch between nozzles to change the spray angle. You may be wondering why I gave it 4 stars after the above. Well, it does actually work pretty well. I like that it is not nearly as noisy as my gas powered was but delivers at least as good results. The hose is a good length, too. And though the instructions are seriously lacking, most things can be figured out without too much difficulty. Some suggestions to the manufacturer in addition to improving the instructions, it needs both a hose reel and a reel for the cord to be stored on, put a "foot" on the handle/lance storage to keep it from dragging on the ground, and provide a place to store the spare nozzles. Fix these things and I am sure you will get consistent 5 start ratings.

Broke
Absolute piece of garbage. Broke after the first use....

Bought in January, broke in May
While surprisingly noisy for an electric power washer, it provided a high pressure wash as expected. It was used a few times when it arrived in January, then drained and stored. Yesterday, I lifted the power wash by the handle and it snapped off.

Pretty handy but not a true 3000 psi machine
Easy to hook up and gives decent not great pressure. Small size makes it easy to move but you still have to contend with the water hose to ensure you don't break off the fitting. Am also continually straightening roll ups in the pressure hose to ensure it doesn't kink as you move the wand around to get the angle you need for the job. Some day one of the engineers will actually use one of these and then will put rotating attachment points at each end of the pressure line.

Misleading product title
Both title and description says it is 1.8 GPM, but on the product, it is clearly marked as 1.7 GPM, could saved myself some bucks by just buying other 1.7 GPM product. And the whole product/cord upon un-pack was covered with thin layer of oil.Function wise, this does performed well.Update July 11:After 2 uses since bought, the outlet port started leaking, the washer no longer maintains pressure. Be-aware!

Worth it for its value!
The media could not be loaded. Great value! Product arrived earlier than expected and it was well package, everything is intact with no missing parts. It did took us a while to figure out how to set it up and get it to work since the instructions is not very clear which is the only con for this product, but the actual installation part is easy, just needed some screws and that was it. The pressure washer is durable and seems well made. We have used it for a few times already on our car, driveway, concrete floor and it works wonderfully, it's powerful and gets the work done. Just keep in mind that based on different cleaning surfaces. you will need to change the nozzle thats's provided to ensure proper pressure level.

Before Purchase Tip
Like several other customer reviews, I used the power washer 1 1/2 times since purchase, and right in the middle of cleaning my back patio, the unit stopped. Unit power light was on, unit had only been in use for about 20 minutes. Unit was in shade of patio, not overused to cause overheating. Unplugged unit for 30 minutes, and still won't turn back on. Waste of $175.00, because the return ended, where we live in Texas, had close to 6 weeks of rain, so could not have tried to use unit. But, if others experienced same defect in unit, I would not advise others to purchase this product.

EASY
We have been using the power washer for a year and I can say it makes thing so much easier. I had a gas power washer, and I could never start it initially myself. Very frustrating! My husband told me they did not have an electric power washer that could do the job. I bought this one, and it does the job. I have to admit on stubborn spots I feel like I am wasting water. The gas one did a much better job. However, this is much less aggravating for starting, stopping, re-starting and just using. Stay clean pool, deck and driveway!
