Fantastic Item
Fits the bill! Installed with ease on my 22 rifle. The quick disconnect stays closed when needed and opens with ease when needed.The instructions were very clear and left nothing to be guessed about. Uncle Mike's products are fantastic and very well made.

Wrong product sold wrong picture of product
I would NEVER do business with this company (the seller not Uncle Mikes) again.The company sent me something completely different from the pictured and described item. Their action left a project hanging for an additional few days. I asked for the proper item. They insisted I got the proper items.They DID return my money willingly (GOOD) and wanted me to give a review after that.....They originally sent me a dual swivel set with wood screws on the two studs. The picture is of a single swivel with a single machine threaded stud. Two totally different items both by Uncle Mikes. When I objected they told me that the item sent being completely different from the item shown was no big deal. They fell back on the idea that the picture was ok even though the two items are worlds apart. They insisted they sent the item ordered even though the one ordered bore NO resemblence to the one sent. They put the wrong product # under a picture of the correct item.They did not offer to send the proper item but said I could keep the useless item they sent. I made it clear the item was useless and different. They shrugged that off and asked for a good review after giving me my money back.They obviously know little of the use of their products as the one sent was CLEARLY inappropriate for my use. They did not seem to feel sending me the WRONG item was a big deal.Sending the wrong item IS A BIG DEAL.Getting my money back was just a partial remedy. I still had to find the proper item.I went to ANOTHER vendor out of Amazon (Midway) to get what I needed.Thus the 1 star and if I could have given a ZERO star I would have.

Great gun swivels I wish I didn't miss the big discount sale of the ones without posts.
I used this to make a para cord sling for my brothers hunting riffle. They work well for swivels go. Secure well. Swing easy. Good price. In fact I saw this same size from Uncle Mike QD but without the post for 4.50. My one regret was that at that time these hadn't arrived yet. If i knew how nice they were at that price I would bought 15 of them. But you know how it goes on amazon sometimes you catch things at really good price. Some times not so.

clicking it together
product was simple to install on wood stock, screwed in w/ out any problems, eyelets stopped where I needed them to. took me few sec. to understand how to open up & slide sling into it but was a no brainer.

Item is steel except for the locking knob.
Item is well made, solid lock up in the post. Made in China which is disappointing. Capitalism always put profit above all else.

Uncle Mike's QD 115 RGS Bolt Action Wood Screw Type Sling Swivels (Blued, 1-Inch Loop)
This Uncle Mike's QB115 sling swivel and mounting stud set was a perfect fit for my Sheridan 2260MB .22 air rifle. Installation was fairly straight forward and the instructions were easy to follow. All parts are nicely blued and the kit includes two white spacer washers. The rear mounting stud is the longer 3/4" screw and the forward mounting stud is the shorter 1/2" screw. The rear mounting stud requires drilling a counter bored hole in the stock starting with 7/32" to a depth of 1/8" and finishing with 5/32" to a depth of 7/8", while the forward mounting stud also requires a counter bored 7/32 hole to the same 1/8" depth and a 5/32" hole to a depth of just 5/8". The swivels included are for 1" wide slings and are also the quick disconnect style so the mounting studs can stay in place permanently even if the sling is removed. I'm using these with an inexpensive Allen Endura #85 sling and it has been working out perfectly for my needs.

alright swivels
these are ok, nothing too fancy. i would have liked the screws for holding them in place to be a little more durable, they are made of plastic but it should hold up fine.however, if this thing breaks and drops my rifle on my scope i will be holding the company accountable and expect them to pay for the damages.
