48H Insulin Cooler Travel Case TSA Approved with ℃/℉ Temperature Display

Bought this for a two day international flight to keep my meds cold. It did a fantastic job, I am super pleased. Had to open it once for security, still kept meds cold until I reached my destination.

This case was amazing for traveling with my medication pen! I used it when I traveled to Puerto Rico, and it kept everything cold for hours. I had a six-hour flight plus a delay, then drove about an hour and a half to my family’s home, and the case was still cold. Even after going to my mom’s house, it was still keeping everything chilled. I was honestly impressed with how long it lasted—around eight hours in my experience. Great travel case and definitely worth it!

No dura las 24 hrs como anuncia y eso que le puse el gel congelante que viene y otro que yo tenia... duro entre 1 y 8 grados no mas de 6 hrs y eso que la temperatura ambiente de la ciudad era agradable no calor extremo, estuvimos a 20 grados lo mas caliente del dia .

I bought this to transport my medications on an over night flight. This product boasts that it keeps your medications to temp for 48 hours. It was a perfect size for my vial and 3 needles. Would not hold much more. I liked that this cooler had a temperature read out. I did not however take into account that it had a wire sensor to monitor the temperature. Airline security did NOT appreciate what that looked like in their xray machine. I receive a very quick and thorough search and a stern talking to for what they interpreted the sensor to be. Also my medications were not kept at proper temperature.This would be great for day trips and in a car or bus but I do not recommend for airlines !
