I have tried so many setting sprays to layer over my makeup fir hydration and nothing felt or looked like this. The best hydrating setting spray besides this without spf is the coconut elf But, I had melanoma so i'm very mindful about my skincare. I layer olay complete 50 spf under my makeup and still im dry and chalky looking. Finding whats for me has been challenging and expensive.
