I'm reading that these don't have arch support, I have high arches and need the support. Do they are not?

No they do not have arch support. I bought mine in July and already had to replace them.

Are these memory foam?

Our Dr. Scholl's Walk Longer Insoles do not have Memory Foam. They have a special blend of our soft foam that provides cushioning to deliver comfort and help reduce tired achy feet and legs. The top surface also has special stimulating nodes in key areas of the foot to help massage your feet all day. If you desire a Memory Foam product, you can try our Dr. Scholl's Memory Fit Massaging Gel insole which has a full layer of memory foam on the top of the insole.

Where's the men's version of these Walk Longer insoles? I need to buy them.
