Is this food good for goldfish in a bowl?

I think its great. I feed my fish this. I have a bowl too. It’s a big bowl. 100 gallon bowl. The fish like it but he’s lonely

Will me black kuhli loaches eat this? Or prefer bloodworms?

What Is It Made From?

From the label (I didn't include all the vitamin sources). Fish Meal, Wheat, Dehulled Soybean Meal, Wheat Flour, Corn Gluten Meal, Grain Distillers Dried Yeast, Fish Oil, Dehydrated Kelp, Spirulina, Chlorella. Hope this helps. Doing a search for the brand will give you all the ingredients.
