If you have one of these boxes, then you know you absolutely cannot run out of bags! These come in a 4-pack and work well. They nest together for easy storage with a paper tab to keep them from catching and pulling out. Odors are controlled by the sealed doors on the unit and the odor blocking cube. These are a good value to keep your unit running. I’ve only had one or two issues out of several sets where the bag didn’t hold up or complete refilling correctly. I believe that’s more of the machine error than the bags themselves as it cuts and thermally seals during the process.

Factory units. Easy to replace per design. Works well. I have found some problems in certain individual units. The first one with the unit had holes in about four of the bags. The second had no problems. The third had three bags break as I took them out. My guess is they have different manufacturers or lots that dictate quality. With that one thing said - these ARE great. They fit perfectly. They recognize by the machine. They work.

I've had the Purobot Ultra for around 6 months now I think and everything has been fine until this recent order of the refill rings for the trash bags. I'm not sure if it's the bags causing the issue or the litter box but since installing the new refill ring the machine does not cut the bag like it used to. I find myself re-packing multiple times which still doesn't seem to full cut through the bag. Which is a problem since the cut-off point for the old bag is where the new bag will begin, so if that doesn't seal together correctly it could cause a big mess. So far, i've been lucky and had only one small leak, but I do also still need to tie of each bag as I remove them because I end up having to cut them with scissors below the sealed line each time to get them out. It's been a real annoyance for such an expensive machine.

I'm pretty sure this is an authentic product from petkit but my little box had a hard time "loading" the bags. It took a few tries to get the little box to use the bags. Maybe my litter box and now the bags/ring?

The bags work but beware you can only buy bags from official petkit store or their Amazon store. If you buy bags imported from another region they will cause the device to malfunction. There is a microchip in the bag ring that communicates to the device via NFC, the device will not operate if it isn’t a region match. I tried their bags from china (where they are all made anyway) because they were cheaper and was surprised they didn’t work when there is no functional or physical difference.
