These are very good pants. Wearing them on a long motorcycle trip. Wearing and working well.

Not used them yet but looks great. Will find out next week. Durability: Appears sturdy and well designed. Why did you pick this product vs others?: Famila already have this brand hiking pants and like them.

I am 5'11" and about 265. I ordered 3XL and they just barely fit around the butt. They are about 1.5 inches longer than I would prefer, but are at least 2in longer than they should be since I like pants longer than normal. That said, these are probably the best heavy duty pants I've ever owned for outdoors. They are actually super comfortable and make climbing up steps, rocks, etc. super easy. It's almost like there's no restriction on your knees. Actually couldn't believe I had "heavy" pants on. I've already got another pair in my shopping cart. Never going to wear jeans for cold weather hiking again!

I’m sorry for giving a low review but I’m not happy with the seat of the pants it doesn’t seem as strong as the rest of the pants the black materials are stretchy and a thinner material than the rest of the pants they fit really nice not too tight and not too loose I’m hoping that the seat area will hold up to some of the abuse that I’m going to be throwing at it time will tell

The only complaint is that they don't have butt pockets but even still these are my favorite pants. If they just added that these would be bar done the best outdoor adventure pants

Fit perfect solid material but highly recommend

You have got to be kidding me, why doesn’t anyone manufacture pants made for men! As a man, we have a different body structure from women, yet nobody ever acknowledges this except on the rare occasion such as Levi’s who actually makes a pair of pants with extra CROTCH MATERIAL! There is ZERO room in these pants if you are a man, I have no clue how anyone has had success with these pants. They are of amazing quality, they look well stitched and the pockets/mesh are all well placed. I think they are excellent pants ASIDE from there being no crotch room. I am 180 lbs, 5’ 9” and the large size is perfect for my waist line, my leg length and circumference, but again there is just no room between the crotch area and the bottom of your body in that area. Everything gets mashed up and squished to one side, it’s a joke. These pants are made for women 100%. I am not the only person to have mentioned it though I want you to understand that this is the fatal flaw in these pants. Otherwise they would be absolutely terrific. If you even question this aspect, or understand where I am coming from, you need to save yourself a return and skip purchasing these pants. As much as I wish I could ignore or learn to live with this caveat, it’s impossible unless you seek a torturous experience. Don’t say I didn’t warn you…
