It's 7-keto
This seems to be a good produt at a relatively low price. The capsules are smaller than some brands, which means less filler. I like them. They make me feel better.

200 mg makes me more energetic, happy and...wishing for sexytime. OH GOLLY. You will feel like sexytime all the time when you take this stuff. I suggest you get lube. You can never have enough lube. This stuff is good stuff.

Waste of money
Took for 30 days as directed with Forskoli. Eat a very good well balanced diet and exercise with cardio for at least one hour a day. No change in weight. Very disappointed.Waste of money.

Worked for me!
I had been running about 3 miles daily plus doing circuits and eating super clean (oats, MUFAs, etc.) and I couldn't lose more than about 6 pounds net for months. My starting weight was 178. I took this with the Forskolin and dropped 15 lbs within a couple months. Totally worth it in my opinion. You have to be careful about your nutrition though. A lot of foods that were popular for weight loss just a few years ago are now on the "bad" list. And the pills don't work if you're not eating right and exercising along with it.
