Not all gels are decaf
Ive ordered a number of times successfully، last order had 5 caffeinated gels in، disappointing as I cant take caffeine and the description clearly states decaf :(

Es un producto dulce
Si es la primera vez que los vas a probar, considera que son geles, la consistencia es G E L. puede llegar a ser empalagoso y el sabor entre opciones es parecido pero si varía, es complicado de describir, pero sobre todo espera un sabor dulce y pegajoso. Si piensas que puedes "comerte" la mitad y después una segunda mitad, puede llegar a ser algo complicado ya que el sobre no se vuelve a cerrar una vez abierto. Yo lo compré para consumir durante horas de nado, es algo complicado nadar y comerlo al mismo tiempo por su consistencia, pero es MUY BUENO y yo en lo personal siento un boost de energía muy notorio; por eso lo recomiendo.

Bang for your buck!
Happy it arrived asap The product is helpful as it already has 100 calories per serve Which means I don’t have to bring so much in my pocket when I do my long runs. 💯👍🏻

S’mores GUs are yummy
I dunno why GU gets so much hate. The S’mores flavor is so good. Especially if you pop ‘em in the fridge for a while. Macros are ok. I use these for 60+ minute cycling rides, so don’t need the most carbs. But they help a ton if you hit a wall mid-ride. Consistency isn’t gritty; it’s just gel.
