Love these noodles!
I love these noodles and it's such a great price on Amazon compared to the store! I usually use these noodles for fried noodles and I usually wait for the water to boil, throw the noodles in, mix it a bit, turn the stove off and let the noodles sit in the water for about 10mins, usually it done and ready to eat by then! It tastes really good, and so easy to prep! The texture is not too thick, but not too thin either! It's just right for my fried noodles!

4 minute cook time, thinner than restaurant lo noodles
We cooked up or first 10 oz package two nights ago with thinly sliced skirt steak. They are packed as three wrapped bundles in the bag so you can use for a 3 equivalently measured individual serving. The cook time is 4 minutes . The chew is more than al dente. Since I made lo mein, they were cooked again in the wok with spices, broth, veggies and beef. High quality pasta at a great price. I looked at a lt of noodles on Amazon before buying these lo mein specific noodle. I family is very happy with my choice!

Wish I could give it 10 stars!
Just moved to Tennessee from California and the food kind of sucks out here no good Asian no good Italian etc etc. I was craving chow mien and looked up a recipe. These noodles were rated pretty high and looked like what I wanted so I bought a box. My first attempt of making chow mien on a flat Black Stone grill came out perfect! Add chicken mushrooms onions soy teriyaki sauce and some chili paste for a little kick. I'm know a pro at this OMG the best chow mien! I now also use 6 Bell Peppers (2 yellow, 2 red and 2 Orange) Along with a bag of smaller "sweet peppers" 3 to 4 onions, chives and a dash of sesame oil and lots of peanut oil on the noodles! - You can find some videos on youtube!

Excellent lo mein noodles
I was highly skeptical when I ordered these noodles, as I usually buy huge 5lb packages of fresh egg noodles at my local Chinese grocery and decided to order three packs of these dry noodles. I cooked them for the first time today, and wow, OH WOW am I extremely surprised at how well these noodles cooked up and held up for lo mein. I didn’t do anything fancy with them, as I did feel like defrosting chicken and pork ribs, so I just made them with shredded egg omelette the Japanese way of tamagoyaki. In my sauce I used a tablespoon of dark soy sauce and a table spoon of regular soy sauce, both made by Lee Kum Kee, half a tablespoon of chicken broth granules, half tablespoon of sugar, and a tablespoon of sesame oil and used about two tablespoons of the water the noodles cooked in to make the sauce to melt the sugar and chicken broth granules before adding the cooked and noodles. The results were nicely cooked and soft, but not mushy noodles with just-the-right-taste of what I would get from my local takeaways restaurant. I will next make these and add cabbage, carrots, green onions, omelette, shrimp, and char siu pork to make a house special lo mein. In my next purchase, I’m going to order the 12 packs case, that’s how much I turned out to love these dry noodles!

Decent noodles but beware of the high sodium content
Excessively high in sodium at 1280mg. I wasn't aware of this before I bought it, and the description mentions nothing about it. I still give it 3 stars - although I would not buy it again because of the sodium content.
