The next day, after restarting my MacBook, the drive became completely inaccessible. First Aid failed, and now all my personal and professional data is stuck on this useless drive. As a music producer and photographer, this is a nightmare. Amazon directed me to Crucial for support. Their agent, Huang Ying, told me they couldn’t do anything and that I should go back to Amazon for a refund. They didn’t offer a replacement, and I was advised to seek costly data recovery services. At this price, I expected a reliable, long-lasting SSD. Instead, I got a $400+ paperweight that didn’t even last a day. This will be the last Crucial product I ever buy.
