I have a smaller set of cups but I found these being larger if you use the vacuum pump too much they do leave a circle mark, it's easy to get carried away. I have dodgy shoulder so got the SO to use these and apply them where I wanted, it's obviously not a long term solution but it really helps if you are feeling stiff and sore. Yes I had some marks but this kit is really good quality for the price, the vacuum pump works really well and you get a nice booklet for instructions. Really good product if you haven't dabbled in this type of therapy before.

Very easy to use if you read the instructions on how to take off the cup before you suction it on, instead of panicking after its suctioned on too hard, like me. I hope one day I’ll learn. They actually work really well and stay on the area you want to lift well so you can walk around the house and move while they are on. I have chronic shoulder pain so wanted to give these a try to help get some much needed blood flow to my inflamed muscles and joints. I started off by putting a small one on my shoulder for 10 minutes. It felt like it helped with some pain but because it’s on my back it was hard for me to do it myself. I think they’re great value at £25 for a whole bunch of different sized cups. And I will keep being persistent with them and ask for some help to add more around my scapular.

This is a comprehensive big set of 16 cups for cupping therapy. This is sort of a pseudo science but it works for me and I've had benefits from it. You need a person who has an idea of how this works to apply them on your back, (which is where I primarily use cupping). Basically the cups create suction and pull on your skin and tissues and it's a form of relaxation. This is done with a "cupping gun" which is what you use in the cups to create the vacuum. Your skin will turn red quite quickly but it goes away pretty quickly as well. I like how they include a lot of different cups, like U shaped ones that are good for the back of my shoulders - and flat cups that work well on the back. Basically your entire body is covered with this set. This is nice big set and has just the right amount of cups for my entire back, in two different sizes. This is great value for money and I can recommend it - everything is built well and is solid and I'm very happy with this set - very good for anybody who is interested in cupping and want to get everything you need in one tidy package.

This Extra size set is versatile and easy-to-use product with 24 cups in various sizes, including special cups designed for knees and 8 larger ones for dual use. It's light weight good quality, and portable, making it perfect for home,gym ,or travel. The seller should upgrade the box as it is not sturdy enough to hold this whole set as time goes by ,but I will still give it five star because the product itself is great. I have personally found it great for pain relief and relaxation, as it boost blood flow and eases muscle tension. Ideal for both personal use and professional use, it's perfect for those seeking the benefits of cupping therapy.

It is so easy to apply and can even be done on yourself, although some areas are definitely harder. While the instructions go into detail about what is cupping and certain points to put it on as well as conditions, I would have liked a better description of their actual product. Through a lot of research and asking google, I find out that they include removable magnet tips in some of the cups (never saw those before), some of the cups are curved, they include a gua sha tool which again there is absolutely no information of on the box or pamphlet but it is in small print in their advertisement, if you bother to scroll down to the bottom of what is included. I do find some cups hold better than others (they seem to lose suction/air and that the magnet tip ones and those without leave completely different marks. Also, the end of the hand pump is rubber so it tends to pick up hair and lint which can cause issues with placement. It could be better but what you do get for the price point of 36.99 is a great value and a good introduction to cupping at home.
