It's a hard hat!
So far so good. Very comfortable. I don't like wearing anything under my hard hat, so I'm not excited about the bandana. I do like the ventilation vents and plan on ordering ear muffs to attach to the hard hat.

Nice looking hard hat. great for light work were you might bump or hit your head. Easy to wear without filling like you have to take it off like many hard hats.
